Preamble

We strive to use only the highest quality materials in our products. We believe in our quality and offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, falls, odors, negligence or misuse by the consumer. We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the defect and details of how the problem occurred to ensure that it is a manufacturing defect. If your claim is approved as a manufacturing defect, Latex-Seduction will cover all shipping costs. Please include your order number, name and a detailed explanation of your claim via our email spicy@latex-seduction.com. (Once you have submitted the form, a representative will contact you by e-mail within 48 hours (during normal business hours) of submitting the form. We will not be able to accept your claim if a photo of the problem is not provided. Warranty requests may take up to 3-5 days to process and 5-10 business days to ship.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Refunds may take up to 5 working days to process once the product has been delivered to our warehouse. The item(s) must be new with tags still attached and within 30 days of the stated delivery date. If the returned product does not meet our terms and conditions, the refund will be refused.

All sale purchases and contest winnings are final and cannot be refunded at the original price. Should you need to contact our support department, please use the “Contact” form or the e-mail address associated with your order.

PRODUCTS

We do not cover products broken through the user’s fault. In the event that you believe your product is defective, please contact our support team and we will do our best to help you solve the problem or file a claim with our manufacturer.

We do not cover normal wear and tear on our products, including scratches, dents or other things that may occur with general use.

RETURNS

Our products may be returned within 14 working days of delivery. Returns must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. These shipping costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged products may vary. If you are shipping an item worth €30 or more, consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or ensure delivery. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.

SUPPLEMENT
